Mr. Billy Rayburn Hicks, 92 of Rainsville, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Graveside services were held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Kirk Memorial Gardens with Bro. Terry Turner officiating.

He is survived by his niece and family, Lynne (Tony) Furgerson, Tyler Furgerson; nephew and family, Craig (Felicia) Shelton, Trent (Hayley) Shelton; several other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Lillie Hicks; brothers, Melvin Hicks, James Hicks, Duane Hicks; sisters, Mildred Malcom, Betty Brown.
