Mrs. Alice Sue Pace, 78 of Scottsboro, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Schuelke officiating. Burial followed at Freeman Cemetery.
Sue was born on Wednesday, August 23, 1944 in Jackson County. She was a lifelong member of Woods Cove Baptist Church, enjoyed growing flowers, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her sister, Glenda (Michael) Grider; children, Kim (Rick) Story, Christy Pace, Scott (Patty) Pace, Greg (Fairen) Pace; grandchildren, Nathan Story, Alex (Autumn) Story, Zack Pace, Shay Pace, Trinity Van Wagner, Kaleb Story, Jaelyn Mullins, Bryton Mullins, Gabriel Story; great-grandson, Xander Story; lifelong best friend, Barbara Miller.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Pace; grandson, Ian McDonald; parents, Cecil and Annie Manning.
