Mrs. Charlotte Owens West, 70 of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022. Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with burial following in Shelton Cemetery.
Mrs. West is survived by her sisters, Judy Miller, Kathy Bearden; grandchildren, Jonas Bass, Eric Bass, Elizabeth Bass; niece, Jamie Miller; nephews, Stephen Miller, Owen Miller, Justin Taylor, Joshua Branks. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Moss; parents, Jonas and Cleo Owens; grandparents, Harvey and Elizabeth Brandon, Jonas and Allie Owens.
