Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Oneal Stevens, 80 of Hazel Green, were held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Bethany Baptist Church with burial following in Gross Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Melody (David) Baker; sister, Sherry Fowler; grandchildren, Austin Baker, Dan Baker, Jace Stevens; great-grandchildren, Tanner and Lucy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Stevens; brother, Kenneth Stevens.
