Leonard Leon Mathis, 80 of Bryant passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. Funeral services were held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with Bro. Zaye McCrary officiating. Interment followed at St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Mr. Mathis is survived by his sons, Michael Mathis, Richard (Wendy) Mathis; brothers, Robert (Diane) Mathis, Cecil (Linda) Mathis, Calvin (Ann) Mathis; sister, Edith Coffman; grandchildren, Michael Mathis, Jr., Jennifer Mathis, Drew Mathis; great-grandchildren, Paris Mathis, Gavin Mathis, Ashley Hill, Madison McCrary. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Mathis; parents, Clarence and Sarah Mathis; special brother-in-law, Carl Campbell.
