Mr. Anthony Dewayne Loudermilk, Sr., 46 of Swearengin and born to Mr. and Mrs. R.W. Loudermilk on Tuesday, March 12, 1974, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Grant Memorial Chapel with Richie Burns officiating. Burial followed in Gunter Mountain Memory Garden.
On Wednesday, May 12, 1999, he married Julie Ann Smith. These two met when Mr. Loudermilk was 17 years old, and it was love at first sight. Julie Ann was his saving grace, and she stood by his side through thick and thin, holding his hand through his battle with pancreatic cancer and nursed him back to health. She was his guardian angel.
Mr. Loudermilk is survived by his wife; sons, A.J. Loudermilk, Blake Wilson; siblings, Darlene (Greg) Lovvorn, Lamar Loudermilk, Terry Loudermilk, Janice (Casey) Smith, Jerry Loudermilk, Shirley Loudermilk, Patrick Loudermilk; three grandchildren; 20 nieces and nephews; four great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
