Mr. Billy Tinker, 81 of Section passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Hughes officiating. Burial followed in Pisgah Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Tinker; step-son, Todd (Laurie) Anderson; brother, Wallace Tinker; sister, Barbara Tinker Wilson; step-grandchildren, Luke Anderson, Ross Anderson, Payne Anderson, Piper Anderson; a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Tinker; mother, Lillie Bell Tinker; sisters, Marie Wicks, Dora Schrader, Overa Gant; brothers, Albert Tinker, Joel Tinker; nephew, Ryan Wilson.
