Sonia K. Hays, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2025. Funeral services were held on Sunday, April 6, 2025 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Town Creek Cemetery.
Ms. Hays is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hays (Doug) Sharp and Rebecca Hays; son, Jon Hays; grandchildren, Eric (Galadriel) Sharp, Elizabeth Sharp, Emma Sharp, Bill Sharp, Lindsay Haas; sister, Dolly Rose Seals; nephew, Ricky Bailey; one dog, four grand dogs; as well as a host of other close family and friends.
Ms. Hays was preceded in death by her father, RC Kilgore; mother, Lucille Kilgore; and nephew, Roger Bailey.
