Vera Annette “Net” Foster, age 64, passed away on November 5, 2023. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home chapel. Interment followed in the Union Cemetery. Ricky Talley officiated.
Ms. Foster is survived by her sister, Beverly Cosby; nieces, Alyssa Cosby, Savannah (Timon) Taylor and Erica Cosby; brother in law, Jimmy (Ethel) Cosby; other family members, Kathy Thompson, Anniston Taylor, Jayse Taylor and Oakley Taylor, Barbara Scott, Charlotte (Dave) German; her animals, Fennec, Belle, Gadget, Gizzyn and Abby; and her friends from the Woodville Public Library Citizen Game Day.
Ms. Foster was preceded in death by her parents, James Foster and Margaret Foster; brother, James Junior Foster; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.
