Susan Mitchell Roberts, age 76 of Dutton, passed away on October 14, 2023. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from the Section Funeral Home chapel. Interment followed at the Chaney’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her sons, Bryan (Lynn) Roberts and Greg (LeeAnn) Roberts; grandchildren, Michael (Joan) Roberts, Jacob (Savannah) Johnson, Steven Johnson, Amber Stanley and Brantley Roberts; great grandchildren, Olivia Roberts, Lilli Johnson, Ezekiel Johnson, Teagan Johnson, Brynlee Chaney and Braylee Bolton; sister, Dennie (Fred) Porter; special sister, Peggie Jenkins; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Roberts, Jr. ; parents, Earl Mitchell and Gertrude Mitchell; brother, Ray Mitchell; sisters, Louise Foshee and Earline Paterson; niece, Gayle Moores; and grandson, Drew Cornelison.
