Mr. Sherman “Sonny” Hunt, 81 of Pine Ridge passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at his residence. Visitation was held on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Rainsville Funeral Home.
Sonny is survived by his wife, Nancy Pickering; sons, Anthony L. Hunt, Martin (Julie Parsley) Hunt; daughter, Lisa Ann Hunt (John) Porch; stepsons, Bobby (Diane) Grimes, Michael Grimes; stepdaughters, Becky Benefield, Brenda (Eddie) Nelson, Patricia McDaniels, Krisina Pickering (Ed) Price, Renee Pickering; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Weadith Hunt; sons, Timothy Hunt and Sonny Hunt; father, Ernest Hunt; mother, Louise Hunt; sisters, Rosemary Bowen, Shirley Ann Hunt, Carol Jean Schouster.
