Jerry A. Proctor, age 67 of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023. Graveside services were held on Sunday, August 6, 2023 from the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Proctor is survived by his sister, Janice Arnold; nephew, Michael (Marsha) Arnold; and great niece Leeton Arnold.
Mr. Proctor was preceded in death by his parents, A.Z. and Ethel Irene Proctor; and brother in law, Charles Arnold.
