The 16th Annual Siege at Bridgeport will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 27-28. The event is Alabama’s largest Civil War reenactment.

Registration begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday with the camp opening to the public at 10 a.m. on both days.

Scheduled events include the mortor shoot, anvil shooting, a Ladies’ Tea and Social Ball on Saturday, and church services on Sunday. The Siege battle will be held both days at 2 p.m.

Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children over 6.
