Zoning Ordinance hearing set for March 2 PDF Print E-mail

Mayor Melton Potter announced Monday night that a Zoning hearing for the 2010 Zoning Ordinance will be held Tuesday, March 2 during the Scottsboro Planning Commission meeting. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers. The 103-page document can be seen at its entirety at www.cityofscottsboro.org. If passed, the Zoning Ordinance will be the City’s first completely revamped zoning ordinance since 1985. A second hearing will be held at a later date during a council meeting.
