Pinto Bean Cake

You heard me right. This cake is one of my favorite recipes ever. Make it, serve it, but do not tell them what is in it and watch them rave about it. Keep this recipe. It’s the best!

Southwestern Rice Salad

This is a colorful salad and it  is sooooooooooooooo good. Serve it with grilled chicken, pork and a good steak. It will complete a meal with a good bread.

This is the best slaw ever! Make sure to prepare it the night before for to be good, well not good, but delicious. This is perfect for company because you make it the night before and you are done.

Pan Seared Salmon with Soy Glaze & Herb Sauce on the side

This salmon dish is quick and easy. Add the glaze and a perfect dish you have. This dish is not fishy tasting like some salmon dishes can be. The fresh herb sauce is good on a lot of different fish and also on pork. It will keep in the refrigerator for a good 2 weeks.
