Randy Welch, 63 of Scottsboro, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro. Rev. Gary Nix officiated. Interment followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Welch is survived by his father, Rayford H. (Holly) Knight, Sr., of Scottsboro; brother, Rayford (Donna) Knight, Jr; sisters, Reba Brickley, Donna (Tony) Woodward, and Lynn Knight; uncle, Fred (Martha) Welch, Jr.; aunts, Ethel (A.Z.) Proctor and Patty Lackey; nieces, Pamela (Macon) Haynes, Melissa Selby, Tori Ball and Jennifer Knight; nephews, Mason Ball and Dylan Ball; great nieces, Bethany Rhyne and Shelby Rhyne; great nephew, Joseph McGehee; great nieces, Morgan McGehee and Lindsey McGhee;and great nephews, Hunter Gamble and Kobe Guess. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Belle Knight.
