Richard Green, 97 of Dutton, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Dutton Methodist Cemetery.

Mr. Green is survived by his wife, Emma Jo Green; daughters, Nina (Stan) Atkins and Gail (Charles) Wilks; son, James Gorman; sister, Velma Allen; brother, Short Green; grandchildren, Lori Popelka, Kristi Hood, Robbie Gorman and Debbie Gorman; and 10 great grandchildren. Mr. Green was preceded in death by his parents, Ester and Jerry Green; and sister, Pauline Haynes.
