This is such a great dish. It has it all and it is sooooooo good. Grill up the steak and toss away. This is one of my very favorite salads ever!

Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced thin
1 pound of sirloin steak
1 package of mushrooms
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of steak sauce
1 head of Romaine lettuce
3 cups of Arugula lettuce
1 pint of grape tomatoes
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
3 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard
3 Tablespoons of honey
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Salt and pepper sirloin steaks. Rub steak sauce on sirloin steaks and grill to medium rare. In a bowl, put onions, mushrooms, olive oil, salt and pepper, and toss together. Pour in a grilling pan. In another bowl, add vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Whisk together. On a large platter, add mixed lettuce. Pour mushroom mixture on top. Slice steaks into thin strips. Top with tomatoes and cucumbers. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
