Cinnamon Chess Pie

Here is one of my favorite pies and I add just a touch of cinnamon to make it a little more special. It’s hard to beat!
Enjoy!
Shirley  Ingredients:
½ cup margarine or butter, softened
2 cups of sugar
1 Tablespoon of flour
1 - 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
½ cup of milk
3 large eggs
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add milk. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake 5 minutes at 400˚ then reduce heat to 325˚ and cook until middle of pie remains firm when shaken.
