Mack Kenneth Newman, 79 of Scottsboro, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Larry Smart officiated. Interment followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Newman is survived by his wife, Lila Newman, of Scottsboro; sons, Michael (April) Newman, of Nashville, and David (Amy) Newman, of Ark.; daughter, Terri (Paul) Danis, of Tenn.; grandchildren, Kristi Carter, Haley Newman, Heath Newman, Will Newman, Rondee Wood, Daniel Danis and April McDonald; brothers, Larry Newman, of Blountsville, and Donald Newman, of Ind.; sisters, Margie Williams, of Scottsboro; Rachel Gann, of Section, Lois Mae Hancock, of Albertville; Ann Parton, of Huntsville, and Patricia Dolberry, of Scottsboro.
