Chicken Lasagna

I love this easy dish and it has so much flavor. I can always use a new chicken dish. Can’t you?

Ingredients:
1 box of lasagna noodles, oven baked
3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup of sour cream
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 can of tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag cheddar cheese
1 package of mozzarella cheese
½ can of water
2 cloves of minced garlic

Directions:
In olive oil, saute bell pepper, garlic, and onions. Then add cream cheese and sour cream. Then add tomato sauce and stir together. Add in water and give another good stir. Add in fresh tomatoes and fold in fresh basil. In another bowl, mix together cheeses. To assemble, in a 9x13 dish, put ⅓ of sauce on bottom. Then noodles. Repeat sauce and noodles two more times. Cover with cheese mixture. Cover and bake at 350˚ for 40 minutes. Five minutes before done remove foil and continue to cook for five minutes or until done.
