Lorene Kirkpatrick Sisk, 98 of Scottsboro, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dean Johnson officiated. Interment followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Sisk is survived by her sister, Virginia Kirkpatrick Cornelison, of Gurley; son, Olvie Eugene (Ivous) Sisk, of Miss.; grandchildren, Carol Lynn Webster (Carl) Erwin, Darrell Glen (Connie) Webster, Mark Kendall Webster; great grandchildren, Jessica Banks (Wes) Hogan, Carmen Victoria Banks, Joshua Lee Webster, Taylor Lynn Webster, Mark Kendall Webster, Jr., Jessie Nelson Webster, Taila Mills; great great grandchildren, Brindlee Hogan and Macon Hogan; special friend, Isabell Frazier; and a host of friend, relatives and neighbors. Mrs. Sisk was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Sisk; parents, James E. and Edna McElyea Kirkpatrick; daughters, Virginia Carol Sisk and Wanda Lee (Jessie Alton) Webster; sisters, Mabel Kirkpatrick Moody and Velma Kirkpatrick Smith; and brother, Claborn “Dick” Kirkpatrick.
