Ingredients:
2 cups of crushed pecans
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons of Creole seasoning
1 cup of Dijon mustard
6 chicken breasts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400˚. Rub the chicken breasts with mustard. Mix together pecans, bread crumbs, and Creole seasoning. Then dredge chicken breasts in pecan mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
