According to a press release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office,on Friday February 24,members of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Criminal Investigators and Uniform Patrol Deputies went to a residence on Jackson County Road 82 in the Limrock community to attempt to serve an arrest warrant on Charles Eugene Palmour, 40 of Woodville.Upon arrival at the residence, Palmour ran out the back door of the residence in an apparent attempt to escape. After a short chase, he was taken into custody for the outstanding arrest warrants for reckless endangerment and harassment. During a search incident to arrest, three Oxycodone pills where located on Palmour. He was charged with the additional charges of possession of controlled substances and resisting arrest. Palmour was placed in the Jackson County Jail pending bond and a hold was placed on him for possible bond revocation.
