Here we go with another fudge recipe. You are going to love it and it is so creamy. Make plenty because it will go fast!
1 ½ cups of confectioners sugar
3 Tablespoons of cocoa
3 Tablespoons of shortening
3 Tablespoons of butter
pinch of salt
⅓ cup of mashed potatoes unseasoned
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ cup of pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and knead until smooth. Press into square baking dish. Refrigerate for one hour. Cut into bite size pieces.
