Bananas Foster Rice Pudding

This is a great dessert and it can be prepared easily. If you love bananas foster then here is another great dish for you!

Ingredients:
4 cups of cooked rice
2 bananas mashed
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup of brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup of raisins
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cloves
2 teaspoons of rum extract
2 eggs, beaten
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and butter. Then add brown sugar, bananas, and rice. Add a pinch of salt. Fold in raisins, cinnamon, cloves, rum extract, and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with pecans and bake for 25 minutes at 350°. To serve, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
