Overnight Slaw

This is the best slaw ever! Make sure to prepare it the night before for to be good, well not good, but delicious. This is perfect for company because you make it the night before and you are done.

Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage, finely shredded ⅓ purple,
⅓ Napa, ⅓ green
1 medium size red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup of chopped green bell pepper or
can use yellow
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
¾ cup of sliced pimento-stuffed olives
½ cup sugar
½ cup of vegetable oil
½ cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of celery seeds
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Combine sugar and remaining 6 ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves. Boil 1 hour. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and chill 8 hours. Toss well.
