Jean Cathadell Wilbanks Woodall, age 74 of Scottsboro, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from the Skyline Church of God. Interment followed in the Prince Cemetery. Bro. Mickey Skipper officiated.
Mrs. Woodall is survived by her son, Timothy (Lacinda) Woodall; grandsons, Avery Woodall, Tawson Woodall; granddaughter, Lauren Woodall; sister, Shirley (Doyl) Hall; brother, Gary (Syble) Wilbanks; several nieces and nephews; as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews on the Woodall side, that she considered her own.  
Mrs. Woodall was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Woodall; parents, Orbie and Lula Wilbanks; and baby brother, Orbie Levoid Wilbanks.
She was born in Macedonia on May 16, 1943. As a young woman, Jean graduated from Sylvania High School and worked at Maples Industries. After being married a few years, after finding out she was expecting a child, she never returned to work, but spent the rest of her life making a loving home for her husband and son. Her favorite days would include crafting something beautiful or watching Tim play sports. As the years went by, she gained a daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. These grandchildren were her pride and joy.
