Jack W. Windsor, age 81, passed away on September 24, 2017.

A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
Mr. Windsor is survived by his wife, Linda R. Windsor; son, Jack Bryan Windsor; daughters, Jackie (Chris) Cooper, Lori (Anthony) Gray; grandchildren, Dustin Windsor, Michael Cooper, Dr. Kyle (Amanda) Cooper, Odessa Windsor, Jessica (Alex) Holt, Jacob Gray, Dylan Cooper; and great grandchild, Jack Cooper.
Mr. Windsor was preceded in death by his parents, R.B. and Odessa Windsor; and brothers, James Taylor and Teddy Ray Windsor.
Mr. Windsor was a graduate of Pell City High School and Gadsden State Technical College. He served in the Air National Guard from 1961 until 1967. In 1970 he moved to Scottsboro with Revere Copper and Brass.
Mr. Windsor was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and also attended Section United Methodist Church. He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge. He was also a member of the Lions Club. He was Lion of the year in 2011-2012.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Jack’s memory be made to the Jackson County Council on Aging.
