Cynthia Marie Kelly, age 51 of Scottsboro, passed away on November 13, 2018.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by her children, Cedric Kelly, Garrick Cox, Jeremy Kelly, Jeronica Kelly, Jameka Kelly; grandchildren, Makayla Black, Kanosha Kelly, Dejonay Kelly, Caleigh Chapman, Kaedyn Chapman, Ja’maya Kelly, Jermenee Hutchins; siblings, Robert Lewis (Rhonda) Tolliver, Gerry Paul Kelly, Norma Jean Couch, Berry Kelly, Darrell Eugene Kelly, Mary (Jerald) Hutchins; a special love, John Charles; a special friend, James Edmondson; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Pearl Kelly; and sister-in-law, Faye Kelly.
In her own words her hobbies included crafts, cooking, etc. and her favorite place was Florida. She loved being able to assist in any capacity and she will truly be missed by those whom she served the most. She rarely ever said no, and if she did, it was because it was her last resort and could not come up with a way to help. Her most favorite phrase “What you said!” will ring loudly in those who shared memories with her. She was well known for attempting to finish your sentences for you and jumping ahead of any story as though it was her own to tell. She sang without a care in the world whether she knew the lyrics or not, unknown lyrics were not a problem for her.
