Back in May we harvested the ginger and turmeric bed and unearthed more of those delicious rhizomes than we knew what to do with.

I have long been accustomed to making my own hummus for dip, sandwiches or to use as a vehicle to moisten bread  instead of high-fat sandwich spreads.

There are not too many veggies I don’t like but I will admit that plain old steamed cauliflower is about as boring as it comes.
