Who doesn’t like crescent rolls?   When I was a kid, I liked them with a frank rolled up in them and baked.

Now that I am older, I have a  bit more sophisticated taste.  The following recipe is quick, easy and delicious.  They go well with any meat dish, so grab a package from the store and give it a try.

1 package of crescent rolls
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 Tbsp. softened butter
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Preheat oven to 375. degrees
Combine Parmesan, butter, garlic and thyme. Unroll crescent rolls and evenly spread over top. Starting at the log end, roll into a log and cut into eight even slices. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until golden brown-about 10 minutes.
