Gartrell Dobbs, 90 of Rainsville, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012. Funeral services were held Monday, June 11, 2012 at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Tony Pope and Rev. Roger Watkins officiated. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Dobbs is survived by her son, Ralph (Linda) Hall, of Rainsville; sister, Gayness Massey, of Birmingham; brother, Raymond Hamilton, of Crossville; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Mrs. Dobbs was preceded in death by her husband, R.D. Dobbs; daughter, Sandra Cofield; and parents, Amos and Jessie Hamilton.
