Creamy Pecan Pie

Oh my goodness. This is soooooo delicious. I love pecan pie and I took this pie to the top. It is so creamy and good that you may never make a plain pecan pie again.

Ingredients:
2 -9 inch pie crusts
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 egg
1 ¾ cups of sugar, divided
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of pecans
3 eggs
1 cup of syrup
2 Tablespoons of butter, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Take out one pie crust, pat it down with water and then take the second pie crust and lay on other and press together with the first one. Then shape into piecrust. Preheat oven to 350˚. Mix together cream cheese, one egg, ½ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla In a separate bowl, mix together 3 eggs, syrup, butter and vanilla together. Pour first mixure in to piecrusts. Then sprinkle pecans on top. Then pour second mixture and bake at 350˚ for 50 minutes.
