Catherine Raphael Marshall, 29 of Anchorage, Alaska, was arrested on Wednesday, March 21 at a motel in Scottsboro.

After members of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, Criminal Investigations, Patrol Deputies and members of the Scottsboro Police Department located a clandestine methamphetamine lab, methamphetamine and other items used for meth manufacture, she was arrested and charged with first degree unlawful manufacture of controlled substances, unlawful possession of controlled substances and chemical endangerment of a child.She was placed in the Jackson County Jail on $40,500 bond.
