Kathleen Crownover Hackworth, 94 of Stevenson, passed away Friday, January 20, 2012.
Funeral services were held Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Bro. Ray Winton officiated. Interment followed at the Crownover Cemetery in Anderson, Tenn.
Mrs. Hackworth is survived by her daughters, Jenny (Jerry) Gore, of Tenn. and Patsy “Pat” (Ken) Metcalfe of Ky.; stepdaughter, Nellie Spring, of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Mary (Mark) Peterson, of Neb., Jeff (Sarah) Gore, Jesse (Christy) Gore and Eli Gore, all of Tenn.; 12 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Mrs. Hackworth was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Anderson and John Allen “Alyne” Setliffe Gonce; husbands, James Matthew Crownover and Jack Rorex Hackworth;daughters, Judy Porter and Alyne Crownover; and siblings, John Gonce, Albert Gonce, Ed Gonce, Elizabeth Ray Gonce and Gretchen Gonce.
